Orders & pricing
Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings and exclude delivery unless stated. An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it on WhatsApp and any agreed deposit is received.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. We share tracking or dispatch updates for upcountry orders and require an adult to receive the goods.
Custom builds
Custom pieces require a 50% deposit and are non-refundable once production starts, as they are made to your specification.
Warranty & returns
Report manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery for a free repair or replacement. Wear from normal use, misuse or unauthorised repairs is not covered.
